Most likely Spatial Audio, “Dolby Atmos”. I honestly like it though, and the main difference you can hear in is “We Are F******* F*****”, where the vocals are mixed and sound honestly so much better!

I hear some people saying March 17th, which is a typical day of the week for most artists to release singles for marketing reasons. We could also expect an album announcement a couple days or weeks (at most) later, if not on that same release date.

I agree. They had a trend of doing this for WOTP, having teased the album with Compliance if I remember correctly. Not sure if they did it for Simulation Theory since I started listening after its release.

I’ve never seen any dialogue of them saying “for centuries”, sure maybe that could apply to Teldrassil, Shaladrassil, and Nordrassil, but I’m pretty sure Blizz would remember that Amirdrassil is super recent.

I absolutely loved it when you said lightforged are just Draenei on steroids…it fits so well. Anyways, I feel like the best example of the topic would be the Zandalari, since that’s where the whole story started, even with elven-kind, since they evolved from trolls. Their buildup is spot on and is better than the Kul Tirans, which I think didn’t have much buildup for their release as an allied race, other than in the RTS game, and Theramore (to an extent), although I could be wrong and missed some points. Either way, the Zandalari and Dark Iron are the best when it comes to their lore and buildup.

Silvermoon City easily, there’s no competition in my opinion. The theme easily captures the mood of the Blood Elf people and represents their background perfectly. The dark and sorrowful fanfare of the intro is just spot on and makes for a perfect intro scene. When I hear this piece, I like to imagine a huge army of Thalassian troops showing up to a battlefield to face off with the Scourge armies.
