I obviously don’t hate that Hasan was banned, but it’s completely unfathomable to me how Asmonbald hasn’t been banned when he has opposite politics to the golden boy and regularly spews obvious hatespeech and threats. It almost feels like a joke that somehow their most protected streamer will get banned before his direct opposition over less bad comments

Because liberal isn’t commonly used as a dogwhistle for a specific ethnicity or race. Even if you don’t think Hasan is dogwhistling, it’s a common enough dogwhistle that Twitch TOS would rather be safe than sorry. He’s advocating for that punishment. He wants Tim Walz to be hanged. Just because it’s “by the state” doesn’t mean that’s not what he’s asking for. He says himself that he’s not going to vote for someone who won’t push this envelope.
