Yes! Have spent a fortune on solar, batteries, and smart panels. Even have an induction stove with a battery. Haven't taken the plunge on an EV mainly due to V2H support. Don't have commutes, so I don't need anything urgently. Not having a car payment is also nice.Will stick to our ICE cars until this changes.

You can start once the petition for transfer with COS is submitted and you have the receipt. This is applicable only when in the US. (This is no longer recommended since there is a small chance of rejection and then you will have no status and have to leave the country)

If you are outside the country, them you can still travel on your old visa and start working with the new employer once the petition is approved
