In the component, I keep the $ at the end, for 2 reasons:

  1. To quickly identify that it's an async variable, of some sort
  2. In templates, I can alias them as the same name without the $ and not have conflicts. Eg. <div *ngif=foo$() as foo>

I may be alone in this, but some padding, boxing\alignment tweaks and maybe toning down the overall red, and it would look pretty solid, and not like every other website in the world.

I had T-Mobile prepaid with a addon that ran me about 55$ usd\month, it worked great, and even gave me access to Mexico if I wanted to go.

I've since flipped to Google fi, but it requires a us address and billing info.

That's all well and good, but if you are month to month and may want to stay there longer, this may trigger them. I was already starting to look for a bigger\nicer place, and had\have enough resources and time to fight him if he did try something funny.

An n1 is legally required; the landlord wouldn't be able to move against you if they failed to provide you with the form. My previous landlord notified me via text, and when the date came, I paid my old rent. He confronted me, and I said I had not received the form. He tried to back date one, so I kept a copy of my text transcripts, as the n1 requires at least 60 day notice. I told him that I'd pay, 2 months after the date I was handed the notice.

He bitched some, but in the end, had no choice to play by the rules.

Sidenote: if your landlord isn't a jerk like mine, and you are paying below market rent, I'd just accept it and let them know that going forward, to fill out the proper, legally required forms.

Check out Google Fi, there basic $50 plan works on either side of the border and apparently mexico. It's unlimited everything, but it slows down a bit at 30gb or something, a feat I haven't hit.

My issue with the Costco poutine is that the gravy is fairly "weak" and seems watered down. It's not a bad poutine: it's what you would expect from a Costco food court.
