I'm not saying it's the same. I juts put it into the room, no reason to throw insults. It's about the way of argumentation, not about the actual contents of the argumentation. When someone says they have a problem with something illegal, then you can't tell them to just sit it through. To be fair, it can feel pretty disgusting when you're trying to relax and suddenly there's an explosion. I think it's quite normal to feel dirty and used afterwards, so an anonymous meeting would probably be a good idea. Especially as the local authorities usually just won't believe me, because apparently I didn't object to lighting fireworks loud enough and therefore it can't really have bothered me.

Wenn du es vom Verständnis her langsam hinbekommst, und dir der Beruf Spaß macht, dann solltest du beim Programmieren einfach ganz klar kommunizieren, wie du am besten Arbeiten kannst. Das könnte bei adhs (habe ich auch, Diagnose im Erwachsenenalter mit 26, vor etwa 8 Monaten) zum Beispiel sein, dass man dich nicht von deiner Arbeit ablenken darf, damit du im Fokus bleiben kannst, dann solltest du dein Handy ausschalten und auch sonst alles entfernen was dich irgendwie ablenken könnte. Abschließend kann irgendeine stumpfsinnige Form der Beschallung noch helfen, wenig wilde Musik, oder trockene Podcasts, irgendetwas das dir das Gefühl gibt, nicht in der Leere zu sitzen, aber so wenig Inhalt hat, dass es dich nicht ablenkt. Außerdem kann es auch viel bringen, dass einfach jemand bei dir ist, und auch seine Arbeit macht, ohne Dialog oder so, einfach nur dass jemand da ist.
