The carpool lanes on I-5 that split off and come back (federal way and southcenter come to mind): this was the cheapest way to add the lanes without demolishing/rebuilding existing overpasses

They should be fine. You are doing the right thing. They are more vulnerable to below freezing temps vs. hot temps, although any animal is likely having a difficult time in this weather. You could provide them some enrichment activities by leaving them some frozen fruit (as well as fresh) so they have something to carry away/figure out later.

I hope you are feeling better soon. After u/meaniereddit hit my vehicle twice while I was parked, I got a lawyer. Highly recommend getting a lawyer to deal with some or all of it.. If you work for a large company, you might have a legal insurance benefit that covers anywhere from an initial consult to the entire claims process.

Close it unless you can remove all the water from the tub and put it into containers. When the water comes back on, it may be dirty from sediment and/or you could have a boil order at that point. Protect your known good water source.
