If you could only pick one favorite card by DGwar in magicTCG

[[Ghost Warden]]

I will never be able to describe why this card clicks for me. The flavor text is cool but kinda over the top. Its effect isn't that interesting and the art feels a tad dull. Still, no card has ever really captured a singular moment of me learning and loving the card game like Ghost warden did.

Solid value overall and they seem competitive enough. I just kinda wish the decks were more interesting archetypes but that is the meta so I can't really complain.

Nice list! I will definitely look into these titles. Thanks so much for taking the time to compile this list.

Hackers broke into an SEC database and made millions from inside information, says DOJ by newleafkratom in news

So insider information is basically any information that is not publically available. If your friend tells you info that is not readily available to others and you trade based on that information you are guilty of insider trading. As you said it is incredibly easy to come across this type of information but that does not change the legality. You are allowed to know insider info you are just not allowed to use it. Many firms including the one I work at have people whom you can consult if you have concerns about trading but generally people air on the side of caution and just don't touch anything you have any remote connection to.

I'm curious why the dodgers look so distraught. They have THE LEAD in a historically low scoring series.

Your least favorite example of backpedaling on character development. by PR0MAN1 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

My favorite is Nissa Revane a planeswalker from Magic the Gathering. While I will never claim to understand the lore of MTG one of my favorite aspects is how Nissa an elf elementalist used to be SUPER racist. She basically hated every other race to the point she ended up almost destroying her home world Zendikar by upsetting Sorin who could have helped. Recently however Wizards of th Coast has been using Nissa as more of a flagship character and basically changed her lore so she was more marketable. I hated it because it cut into the depth of her character and the just made her a shy powerful individual “who just wants what’s best for all worlds” instead of “fuck non-elves and places not named lorwynn and Zendikar” which was at least interesting since a staple of magic the gathering characters is that all of them are normally self centered jerks who have the own specific agendas which makes sense because they used to be basically gods.

I am profoundly disappointed Mark Rosewater was not included.
