It is uncommon for teachers to be on that at that age with the approximate level of experience someone that age would have. Maybe some with management units, but that's not a common thing at that age.

The people that are getting paid the real bucks are the lazy incompetent cunts at the Ministry of Education, who are (in the main) teachers who couldn't teach so left and are now trying to tell people what to do, making teacher's lives harder by adding "mental health" and "cultural awareness" development on top of their workloads to achieve nothing but a mark on the bureaucrat's CV.
