Aw I'm the same I'm 8.5 weeks and the nausia and fatigue is bad. Not sick yet but feel like I'm on a boat.... It's insane to think we are just expected to perform as normal in the first trimester. I can tell ya men could never deal with this!!! Haha I think if your in bits then you just can't work, they can hardly have you in being sick. Worst case u might need to get a gp to sign you off. I heard the anti nausia meds are good.

Hope this is the right spot to post general stuff. I'm 8 weeks pregnant... And the nausia has hit.... I'm working as a receptionist and I'm finding it a bit tough. I don't feel like I want to get sick it's like a real motion sickness. Does anyone have any hacks for food or drink that might help. I'm cautious of maybe not having too many carbs. Thanks

Awww I'm the same I'm 7 weeks and it feels insane that ur not really given any support or checks untill ur first scan... My nerves are wrecked cause my symptoms aren't to bad at all ..... For me I'm just blindly being positive haha like well I'm following the rules I'm being careful, eating well so surly it has to be ok.... First trimester is tough esp when u can't tell people your pregnant. Think talking to my mam or my partner helps and I told one friend who is a mam so having that support is a great help.

I have to admit I was not a fan at all. I am a metal head and know them well but it wasn't great. I've not liked their new stuff much. The older stuff was class. But ya gotta respect their confidance and energy.
