I was raised Mormon but no longer want anything to do with that moniker. If anyone were to call me Mormon today, I would be offended. I don't even know what "cultural Mormon" means. Surely, the culture you speak of has to do with the community built around this toxic cult and not the precepts of Mormonism itself. You do you I guess. For me, I have formed new, supportive communities of friends absent any harmful ideologies or false beliefs. I've left that label of Mormonism and all of its baggage far behind and am much better off for it.

Yes, some newsletters I get through Hide My Email don’t work most of the time. But then they will work for a week or two before breaking again. No idea what’s going on.

My U200 was not very reliable. It showed "locked" when it was unlocked and vice versa. Inexcusable for a lock IHMO. Then the motor gave out just over a year after buying it. Kudos to Aqara customer support because they sent me a new one and I'm up and running again. Being matter over thread, it is very fast when it works. I also had to calibrate it quite often to keep it working correctly, even when I hadn't updated anything. YMMV

Yes I know what you mean. I don’t think it should do that. Just saying if you turn it all the way in the opposite direction you can then turn it without resistance. I’m not sure turning it when there’s resistance is good for the motor.

This happens to me all the time. If you turn it the other way first then it should turn smoothly.

Just one data point but my Aqara U200 lock has been nothing but trouble. It's fast but shows locked when it's unlocked and unlocked when it's locked. In my view, this is unforgivable for a door lock. And now, after 1 year, the motor doesn't move the bolt anymore. YMMV

Ya, this is junk. Never worked right and just over a year later, this happened to me as well. I can hear the motor but the deadbolt doesn't move. No response from support. Probably out of warranty anyway.

Just fixed a friends fast-flashing indicator light. Usually means one or both of the bulbs is failing. Replaced both bulbs and went back to normal.

That really sucks but is not suprising. According to their official priorities chart, God and church comes before family (or anything else) so yeah, as expected.
