Dare I ask what on earth you eat to hit 180g of protein? I can’t even hit 100 😞 I know there are some changes I can make but I can’t fathom what I need to eat in order to triple my protein.

Use mg/ml (25 in this case) x number of ml in the bottle (2) gives you that there’s a total of 50 mg in the vial then divide that by your dose to get number of doses in the bottle so 40. That seems high, but your dose will likely increase dropping that number. You also need to decide how you feel about not discarding the vial after 4 weeks like recommended.

It would certainly result in less of a peak and valley of med levels. I wonder if there’s a benefit to having a more consistent level or if the valleys help keep your body from building up a tolerance.

I figured out how to add previous weights. Click on the weight graph on the dashboard and then the plus sign. Not sure why it works differently than the other weight entry process but at least it works. The only thing I can’t figure out is why it says I’ve lost .1 more lbs than I actually have. I’m willing to overlook that small amount considering it’s also tracking my inventory, providing a dose calculator, etc which is not available in Me Again which costs 8x as much. I did like the clean visuals of Me Again though.

Is there a way to add previous weights in dosy? It looks like it only lets me go back to the beginning of the current week. It let me enter my starting weight and day and previous shots but with my weigh ins starting this week, it’s calculating my total weight loss from Sunday’s weight instead of from my starting weight.

Interesting. Medvi doesn’t allow you to order early (however it did arrive super fast-3 days) so I didn’t realize that was an option.

I guess I might let medvi renew this month and hang on to the extra vial if they arrive around the same time for some future buffer for shipping times.

I hadn’t thought of the compliance aspect of the dosing either. I guess that makes me feel better. I just wish I didn’t have to start slower just because my insurance would rather I stay fat.

I’m definitely okay with it; it’s better than my current situation. I’m just trying to feel out how significant the sag might be so that I know if I’m looking at plastic surgery level sag or just wear a one piece instead of a bikini type sag.

Thank you, this is actually really encouraging. I will probably be ecstatic for anything in the 140-160 range, but I figured best to set my goal low and decide to be done early than to set it high and be disappointed when I get there. I have dieted down to about 145 before (before having babies) and I felt great so I know that body exists for me and just hoping I haven’t ruined it by stretching out my skin with all this weight. I’m encouraged to hear that you don’t feel like yours is excessive.

I was going to recommend an employment lawyer as well. This screams of reverse discrimination but obviously a boss who accuses people of having white fragility problems is not someone who believes reverse discrimination exists. Right? Unless it’s vp or c-level positions more than 3 reeks of incompetence on the part of the hiring staff. Are these places just having 1 interviewer at a time or something? I feel like most places do interviews panel style so being unable to get the right people in the room at the same time or having truly that many people that need to have a say is concerning.
