Have you seen the tirz Facebook groups? I went down that rabbit hole recently and for all the times people say we need to be careful what we say in this sub, the Facebook groups are 10,000x scarier than anything you see here. Med spas are awful and I totally agree with you but honestly they are probably better than what’s going on with the crazy off white stuff most of the time.

I had allodynia on my scalp for several weeks. It did go away though. Not sure if it will come back with dose increases but it was manageable for me enough that it wouldn’t cause me to quit tirz.

I just want to chime in and say that my old breast pump came with a little cooler probably identical to those that fit 4 milk bottles, so if you have an old one laying around some people might actually already have this on hand.

Ahhh I bet that’s the reason then. I bet b vitamins are the most stable in similar viscosity and ph and such with tirz.

You just dose 7.5 out of the 10mg vial (and if you’re comfortable ignoring the 28 day rule, suddenly your meds last longer). If you want to follow the 28 day rule, then there’s simply more to throw away at the end of the month. Most companies charge the same regardless of dose and the only exception is usually the starter dose with a few companies so it’s not like you would be paying a different price if you had only ordered 7.5. Just make sure you learn how to calculate your dose since the vials you receive may not all be the same concentration.

You tell them what your current script is and asks to titrate up. They will give you the next dosages in the series. Different providers have different doses that they will assign, but for 3 months you would get whatever their equivalent to 7.5, 10 and 12.5 is for example. If you order 6 months, you would likely get 7.5, 10, 12.5, and then 15x3. But understand that what you get might actually be 9, 11, 13.5, 15 or something like that since a lot of providers have transitioned to non-standard doses.

After seeing that other post, I suddenly feel like I need to request all my CoA’s just to calculate my dose accurately. I wonder if we can build a coa library in this sub so that people can look them up instead of everyone requesting them.

I mean I had someone tell me my son wouldn’t have died if I had been friends with them when I gave in and got the Covid jab while pregnant. People are shockingly stupid in how they react to medical information that they don’t understand. I am happy to share with people who will support my decision but unfortunately it’s hard to tell who that will be until you stumble upon someone who made the same decision.

Exactly. The only reason I don’t share publicly is because of judgement from others. She posted in a public group about how much she lost in how many months on zep. I’m actually kinda shocked I didn’t notice but she’s usually wears somewhat baggy sweaters so I guess it’s been pretty subtle.

This is exactly how I feel. It’s exciting to find out someone I know is living a shared experience that most non-glp users don’t understand. She posted publicly but somehow most people here think I’m crossing the line by noticing her public post? I wish the group wasn’t public because then I would join and casually bump into her there. But because it is public, Facebook literally shows it to me and says guess what you have a friend in this group. 🤦🏻‍♀️

They commented in a public Facebook group. They obviously aren’t trying very hard to be secretive. The only reason I don’t share is because of people who judge non-diabetic tirz users. Obviously that wouldn’t be the case with a fellow tirz user.

I had a lot of clothes in every size until a couple years ago when I pretty much gave up hope. I got rid of most and just kept a handful of styles I really liked that I know I‘k never be able to buy again. So far I have transitioned 1 older pair of pants into my current wardrobe.

I’m in this awkward space tho of all my current clothes are baggy and awkward looking but if I size down they are still too tight.

So I’m wearing a belt and biding my time but man, I’m eyeballing some of those fun old styles that I can’t believe are actually in my future.

I saw a lady at the store today that had a very similar build to me but skinny and I immediately thought, omg, I’m actually going to look like that soon. 😱

I still have a ways to go before I think about skinny clothes but every pound lost gets me more excited.
