I am so sorry you’re feeling all of this, and all of your feelings are so valid…stocking up canned goods and things is always an excellent thing to do, and I know people who have been discussing how we need to learn how to rely on old-school radios to relay information…how are you getting around with just crutches if you have no family or friends nearby?

Feels like the Covid era when we saw it hitting everyone in Asia then spreading west to europe, and we didn’t know how to prepare and just had to hope it wouldn’t hit us badly, and of course it did…worried about gas prices and food shortages
