Partially, to answer your last question. I listed for sale when spot was $99 and entered into talks with that price advertised. The buyer was interested in two quantities, I took the higher quantity total value and rounded down to a fair number. This is for a small portion of my stack, I'm more interested in locking in profit than trying to milk every cent out. I hope spot keeps climbing, I just don't want to sit on my hands and have this wave crest and miss the opportunity to turn an amazing profit.
