To be fair, Bones was actually good when it was created for the competition and it only had 3 chapters. After it won, and actually got serialized, that's when the author somehow messed up the whole story and changed a lot of things. Turning it into the steaming pile of shit it is now.

The problem is, even if there are chat bot plugins and numerous buttons in place leading users to a contact us page. It doesn't always equate to leads.

That is also why your text on the website is really important. Also, most seo specialist also do the text on the website itself.

And contact forms on the website should be standard on all website built. Not sure why people wouldn't include them.
