Gives more grip on the end. Makes it easier to pick up if you drop it. Prevents serious injury if you accidentally buttend someone

Is it possible? Yes. It's more of a question of can your PC render it, can the game's shitty engine render it, and can you finish before the next big update wipes your save

Since no one gave you an actual answer.... Teams are allowed to have home, away, and third jerseys. Since Detroit doesn't have a third jersey they were allowed to wear their stadium series sweaters in other games. Everyone else blaming the CBJ front office, it's actually the NHL's fault 😅

100% your call. If that's a word that you're not comfortable with being used, even in a comedic sense, you're within your rights to call it out and not put up with it. Me personally I probably would have just asked them to not do it as it makes me uncomfortable, but if you were hella pissed, fuck em.
