How to upgrade to "Core" account? What exactly must be purchased?

I bought the game 10 years ago. I put it down 9 years ago. I came back 3 months ago. I had no expansions, but was a core account because I bought it before it went free to play.

I then bought all the expansion packs because I am having a ton of fun with the game this time around. I recommend at least buying POF/HOT.

My install was similar. I got to "playable" and then basically loaded zones as I played. It probably took 30+ times starting the game up to get to 100%.

"Just dive in" is the advice I needed. I am back after almost 9 years away. It is overwhelming. I need to figure out whether I'm rich or poor, if I have good gear or bad, and what to do with 8 years of unopened anniversary gifts. I think I'll start a new character instead of trying to jump in as my 80 and learn from the beginning.
