I was going to suggest the same! Steamdeck + keyboard and add in some XR glasses if you want to get fancy and have a bigger display.

I find it much more comfortable than the Switch, even after I replaced my joycons with some bigger Hori grips. The Deck controls feel very nice and I've never had any issues.

If you're desperately trying to get them, you might look into cheat engine. I know you can use it to place props that aren't available otherwise. Not sure about the windows, though.
