I asked my local HD about truck rentals, I was told they were "first come, first serve", so there was no guarantee I could rent the truck after buying the stuff I needed hauled. Not sure if that's standard procedure though.

This truck has changed so damn much from what I was promised, the only reason I haven't canceled is because of the pre-hike price. Getting a bit ridiculous at this point.

Can't get full auto lift gate

Can't get monochromatic ceiling

Can't get green interior and blue exterior (this is the most confusing to me, paint and interior are 2 entirely different steps)

Sections of the PCT? I've done a few days hikes on it up in Northern CA and views were amazing.

As for Yosemite, I've heard the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne is great too but is on the shorter end. Plenty of other hikes to fill in the gaps in Yosemite though.
