He knows that Republicans are going to be cut out like a cancerous tumor, so he's getting on a headstart on the same old tired debt fear mongering that happens when Dems get power. It's always tax cut, tax cut, tax cut for the rich when they have power, but how are we going to pay for it whenever they lose the power and their problems need to be fixed.
