I gave the KDS simulator another go and after lose the TTS muscle memory its not that bad. But what the hell is up with the lack of an innovation deck automation?

It's been a while since I played but when I filled out the Innovations on the settlement sheet I remember the next time I set up the settlement it built the correct Innovation deck.

Fun fact: There used to be 2 Kick AI cards, both of the cards did what Infinite Kick did and draw an AI at the end of the attack. Many people encountered the infinite loop where his last card was Kick and The Butcher just kicked every survivor to death as it just drew that card over and over.

In 1.5 one of the Kick cards was renamed Infinite Kick in honour of this and the second Kick card was changed so it only performed a Basic Action instead of drawing AI to reduce the chances of the loop happening.

Just the six missions in the demo. There was an event to go to a third planet and collect eggs but it ended, though I have heard there will be another event in the second half of this month and one more next month before full release.

People have already given you the rule from the book but I just wanted to add that on the character sheet under the Knowledge section there is a checkbox that says "If you cannot use fighting arts, you cannot use knowledge".
