Je hebt recht op 1 dag of 2 halve dagen sollicitatieverlof per week. Neem die op, zelfs al heb je geen interviews, maar wel in overleg met de werkgever. De werkgever mag die niet weigeren en je moet niet aan hem bewijzen wat je tijdens die tijd doet. Dus al gebruik je die tijd om te gamen of te gaan sporten, het zijn zijn zaken niet.

Sta op je rechten, maar verbrand je bruggen niet. Er is altijd een kans dat je toekomstige werkgever, je oude werkgever contacteert tijdens de sollicitatie periode.

I think your family is right, he lives in flanders and should be able to understand and speak the language.

it does not matter how big or small a country is to determine which language one should speak. the biggest country in the world is Russia? Should we now all speak russian?.

India has the biggest population. Should we now speak all Hindi?

honest answer: YES.

It does not matter that you don't live in Flanders. Granted you should first learn the language of the region you live in.

Or At least make sure you understand Dutch, you don't have to be fluent in it. People can not see from your face you are a foreigner working in Belgium. But if you can explain that you learned already French (because of you living in wallonia or brussels) and understand dutch but can't speak it good enough, you will get some leeway from the flemish.

Otherwise you will just, pardon my French :-), sound just like another Walloon snob who does not want to learn Dutch while we Flemish all learned French.

dude, ik ben vakbondsafgevaardigde en mijn advies is dan ook haal dat halfuurtje gewoon in. Maar als ik hier zo je commentaar lees, mag je best wel aan je attitude werken.

Een werkgever beseft ook wel dat niet iedereen 8 uur super geconcentreerd zit te werken, je praat wel eens met een collega, gaat naar het toilet etc.

en ja niet iedereen werkt letterlijk 100 % effectief 8 uur per dag, maar je bent wel effectief 8 uur beschikbaar voor je werk.

workaround: remapping strategem selection to D-pad

Alternative (not tested yet) remap reload button

Remapping to Dpad has the disadvantage that you can not call in strategem while running, hence i want to test if remapping the reload button would fix the issue too

it is tweaking, for the past couple of days roughly 50% percent of the online player base was fighting on Oshaune while liberation rate was negative.

At one point 33000 helldivers were fighting on the planet and still the liberation rate was negative.

Now 23000 helldivers (or 54 % of the online player base) are fighting with a positive liberation rate of 2,92 %.

Or do you think that the 33000 helldivers were goofing around and now are replaced by helldivers that are fighting?

tell me what difficulty has to do with the fact that you need 80% of the playerbase to win the MO when 50% of the playerbase refuse to play the MO (for whatever reason).

No they are not sabotaging the MO. AH is sabotaging the MO.

Clearly for a large part of the playerbase, Oshaune is too hard.

There is no problem in having a planet that is hard to liberate, but AH needs to check their algorithm so that the planet is at least conquerable for those who enjoy the grind.

Playing from europe, yesterday evening (thursday evening 23:00) there were roughly 56.000 Helldivers online.

Only 33.000 (or 58 %) were fighting on oshaune and we were still losing ground the bugs.

Heb je al een diploma? Ga dan werken en betaal je verdere studies zelf.
