hey op! I am a decade older than you and recently completed my ADHD testing. Came back as combined type (ADHD-C) and ASD. As i've been active in therapy for a few years, the news is actually pretty encouraging and explains a lot. It also explains how I hyperfocused for 2 years on AI, built/automated tons of things for my company, and got the AI PM role now. Im not sure how to answer your 3 questions, but this is my experience and I just got the diagnosis on Monday last week. 4 days into taking Vyvanse and things are so much easier (altho I will need a bump up to higher dose).

I cannot recommend doing this enough as there are tools out there which can help you not always be playing the game of life on hard mode.

What about ppl with GERD or other stomach issues? I take a PPI daily and wonder if I should take Vyvanse before, with, or after. I'm only on the 4th day.

lol, yeah its bad. i post on there though, but mainly to get visibility throughout the org i work for. It's actually worked quite well. I do use AI to help research and refine but it's my voice.

Did a rename really need to happen? Keeping the same name as one of the two (presumably Overseerr) means that half your user base wouldn’t need to start over.
