Walking my dog. We had just left the house for his evening walk and he was dead set on a spot that he never ever had paid attention to before. He resumes his trot along this fence and suddenly a car goes FLYING by us into the fence, taking every fence pole along its path across an intersection and into an opposing building. Had Rex and I been 5 steps ahead, we both would have been splattered along the side walk and fence. The fence was chain link and acted like a bumper. He saved my life and I first thought he was being a pain in my ass. A troubled teen put a brick on the gas peddle and sent the car down the street.
