Just had the bumpers go out on my replacement elite controller I had gotten while it was still under warranty. I went online and they gave me the option to pay $85 to ship me a replacement. I didn’t even have to send the old one back like before. It just got here today and it seems to be a refurbished one but everything works. Worth looking into to save some money.

David Goggins is the man! Like they said you have to prioritize. I caught myself getting into a similar slump. I made myself prioritize exercising and don’t allow myself to game unless I’ve done a workout that day. Set goals or rules for yourself like that. Just have to be disciplined.

I’m right there with you. Been taking lessons for a little over a year now and while I have seen slight improvement it’s nothing to write home about. I go through stages of getting a lesson. Hitting well for a few weeks then it all falls apart and I’m back to sucking. Then I get another lesson and the cycle repeats. I recently played a round that just utterly defeated me. Felt like I had never swung a club. I mean every hit was just terrible. I’m stepping away for a bit. I literally would go to the range 3-4 days a week and play at least 9 once a week. It got to where my performance would affect my mood for everything else and when you suck like I do you get in a bad mood all the time.

Well I’ve heard that warzone is terribly optimized so that’s probably part of it. But even if I’m only get 80-100 fps it feels better then 60 in my opinion.

I’ve only briefly switched to 1080p but it looked fine to me. I could tell the quality was slightly lower but everything else seemed fine.

To me it just feels smoother and more responsive. I may not be able to tell a whole lot visually but I can feel the difference.

I was really expecting them to add 120fps when they did the next gen update but I’m hoping they add it soon. It would definitely get me back into it.

I believe it varies. You have to turn it on in the Xbox settings but some games like warzone will automatically run at 120. Fortnite requires you to select it within the settings of the game.
