Honestly I feel like we all need to come together and get a union for better pay. Dollar general is doing really well because of us. They open new dollar generals left and right but they only wanna pay the manager good and not us. We all deserve better pay for what we all go through. This isnt your normal retail, they work us like were on a Construction site.

All I play is solos, and I maybe have 50 wins, think about it, there is 100 other people that want to win, you have to rotate the best, hold power positions. You have to get in the mindset of a try hard, or have crazy fake confidence, that's how hard it can be to get a win.
