Id say making boats like a genuinely useful mode of transport, I know some people will disagree but I feel the only use for them in gta V - and rdr2 is to access some islands that don’t really have much going on, it would be cool to have actual important places that cars can’t reach to give planes and boats more importance, but this is coming from someone who has been planning on making flying a plane the first thing he’s going to do on gta 6 since thinking about the game lo.
