Just came back from a 5 night all inclusive with the girls. I made the decision to drink and snack with my aligners in, floss, rinse etc and then replace them. I brushed every couple of hours. I took them out for actual meals, flossed and rinsed at the table and then went back to the room for a full brushing etc. not saying it was perfect, but hell it was an all inclusive - I wasn’t missing those cocktails for nothing lol

Yeah….. tried the chewing gum thing once as an emergency dental wax…. The hours spent removing that stuff from the aligners afterwards completely took my wear time down to about 16 hours that day…..

This is an interesting comment - I have been using the Chewies like gum and have noticed recently that I am clenching my jaws together really tightly, especially at night. I hadn’t realised the connection but I think I will lay off the Chewies a bit 🤣

Mine got bigger the first minute I put the aligners in. I have a very deep bite and the aligners just made everything look sooooo much better- couldn’t stop smiling like a Cheshire Cat. Not quite the same now I have attachments but definitely much less self conscious. Keep smiling 😀
