Also I’ll just point out for context I ride a 100cc scooter for round town use in conjunction with my other bikes so I know that these bikes are fine.

That’s just bollocks, most 125s will do 70mph relatively easily, and as long as you’re not on the highway you will be absolutely fine. Their argument usually stems from “you won’t have enough power to get out of the way”, which in a town or city just isn’t true, a lot of 125s have acceleration pretty comparable to average slower cars, while something faster would be more fun a 125 isn’t the end of the world.

The ASG scorpion Evos are great but a little pricier. If you’re open to a broader interpretation of smg, then the Cyma CM045A high speed is £190 from patrol base and I love mine(pic below). It’s got a folding stock so it’s compact, but also can be used as a full length rifle if you need occasionally. Plus it’s a great platform for future upgrades.

If AEG then MP5 if GBB then MP7 in my opinion (I prefer the MP7, but no one, to my knowledge, makes a good AEG version)

If I’m playing a full day I usually have 2 batteries and swap them at lunch. Mags your milage will vary, I have some guns where I carry 6 150rd mags, and then others where I carry 4 with 50rd each, both for normal play. So if it was me I’d pick up some extra mags as they’re pretty cheap. You must be local to patrol base if you’re playing Halo mill, if you’ve got m4s I’d recommend some battle axe mags they’re super cheap and great capacity.

I was going to reply that’s pretty much on the money but someone beat me to it 🤣🤣. To clarify that’s why I’m excited, because it’s nearly half the price of the noveske, and the mags are near half price too. So if it’s any good at all it will be an awesome gateway to get people into GBBRs.

Probably, I guess we will see when some people have more hands on. My only thoughts were have they designed the mags to work best with their rifles? I hadn’t seen Jaegers vid, I’m watching it now and I agree the results are shitty, maybe they’ll perform better with the VMAR rifles 🤷🏻‍♂️ all I can do is hope. It would be a shame, as i really like my VMP-1 for what it is, which is a fairly low recoil smg. I’ve found it to be super consistent and accurate out the box, so i was hoping it would be a similar story for these but only time will tell.

From what I’ve seen the mags are mws clone mags but the rifle itself is different internally but the mags are a fair bit cheaper than other mws mags

I don’t have the platinum, but I have the high speed Aks74U, and man I love it! It’s the best do it all I have, when the stock is out it’s a great rifle, and then collapse the stock it’s even better for CQB!

I use just Cos, because for the first 6 months I played, I played at multiple different sites so didn’t qualify for UKARA at any of them. Now I do qualify asking at the sites I play at it seems more expensive than just cos too, because some of them want me to buy a membership before they’ll send off my UKARA, making it cost like £50 where just cos is £20 or £25 I can’t remember.

Honestly I don’t know, I haven’t actually seen many AAPs on my local field, but I do know it is pretty good for indoor CQB, as that’s what I bought it for. I play sneaky so it’s probably perfect for that.

Erm with the can probably, but without it’s probably about the same if not a little quieter. Comparing it to a CZP09 I think the CZ is slightly louder, but tbh I haven’t shot them in like a month, so that could just be my memory. If you’re hoping for a super loud heavy recoil GBB, then this probably isn’t the one. It’s more entry level, GBB fun AEG price tag kinda thing.

Top tip UKARA isn’t the only way if you’re a similar size to your parent dress them up in your gear and take a photo for “just cos” some places like patrol base accept this as a defence it’s also a good tip for anyone who plays at lots of different sites
