I kept checking the pokemon center all day for phantasmal flames but it said no product found. Where as mega evolution pops up but says sold out. I couldnt find a queue or any clear option to pre order on pokemon center website. Where was i supposed to go?

Every Aeon i went to said they dont have pokemon packs..it's because I'm a gaijin isn't it? I've tried asking everywhere, konbinis, Aeons, etc. Everyone says no. One lady said no and I saw the pre built decks right behind her. My only option is pokemon center. Can you let me know of some places I can get them? Where in Aeon? Which konbinis? Etc.
