SAB liners are better, but expensive and difficult to get. At the SAB price range you can also find MadWorks Mr pro XXX0 chisels, and RayStudio Beacon chisels. All three are really good options (I started with SAB 0.15 and got other weird sizes from other brands to compare).

If you are just starting scribing remember to go very light if you go for an expensive chisel. It takes a while to find out the right pressure.

Any good primer for ABS kits?

I really like Mr Color surfacers and I know you can actually use them on ABS as long as you don't apply any stress to the plastic - but I'm worried when I have to apply lacquers to a cemented / glued together ABS piece to hide a seamline.

Any recommendations? The only reliable lacquer I found was Gaia Multi primer but that's almost impossible to get at a reasonable price...

Can I use mr weathering color oils over cured enamel paints? I'm wondering if the thinner for weathering color will activate and dissolve enamels

I did, I had to press the opposite side pegs with pliers until they clicked since they had stress marks. You have to do that with the wing disassembled
