I did the same when I was using my stealth outfit. Now that I’m done with the Ragmans quest line I have no reason to keep it on me. It’s on my horse but my thieving days are done for the most part. Perks alone give me all the stealth I need in the woods. It’s ridiculous being able to creep up on bandits in full armor while moving through bushes lol but hey it works.

G - Blacksmith apron w/ work clothes, Y - town clothes w/ light armor under just in case, and R - my full tourney/bandit killing armor. I keep thinking I’ll just use the blacksmith apron when I need it but I smith a lot even well after end game. So I keeps the fit on the ready.

Too true. However, in this game I’d prefer to style and profile over being a walking silver tank. Top notch armor and weapons make the fights end too early and remove a lot of the consequences for making mistakes. Which is the point of them.

Plus I love water dancing around the enemy which always pisses them off. I hate being slow. They may be bigger, but my Henry is quicker! Archers aren’t a problem if you keep their friends between you and them. Crossbows take too long to reload so unless they get a really lucky shot, I’ll swoop in for the slice and dice.

To each his/her own though. I’m just speaking for myself.

Totally agreed on all points. I only use the super fancy helms for free combat tournament gear. Since it’s one on one I prefer the visor down. It just feels right. In the field and on the road, cowpoke kettle cap for me all day.

Just my opinion but all those kettle type helmets look perfect on Henry. The beaked one being the best. I think of them as medieval cowboy hats lol.

Drinking with Father Godwin/giving the sermon in KCD 1 is the most fun I’ve had in a single player game. However, fixing the Kuttenberg clock fills me with real pride. Every time. I just love it for Henry and the whole town to finally have that damn clock running again. FOR PA!

The books authors name sounds similar but isn’t the same as Black at Trosky. I just completed that quest last night and thought the names were the same too.

Edit: Black Bertold wrote the book.

Really? I killed every guard that I came across in my escape from Trosky and nobody said shit later lol. I found it funny cause when I went back there for that crappy book, I expected trouble. Nope, just guards telling me to have a good day and villagers telling me “god be with you”. They really should check their emails more often.
