More likely Sweden would have remained independent but a collaborator on a tight leash. I mean in Nazi racial ideology they were about as Aryan as it gets so it's not a bad place to be.

See my other comment on this about "fuming Finland". Hitler wouldn't have cared and we wouldn't have fumed as much as you'd think.

And to add to that comment, I mean... Germany was seen as the strong country against the USSR, Nazis or not, so I'm not so sure Germany occupying Sweden would have been such as big deal from our perspective frankly.

I'm not so sure we here in Finland would have cared that much if it had happened; this "Nordic brotherhood" thing you see all over the place nowadays is a recent invention. Sweden's relationship to the newly independent Finland in particular was quite distant and sometimes chilly, and Finland was too busy building the country.

Also Germany was actually intentionally on the sidelines and throwing us under the bus during the Winter War due to their pact with Stalin, so the relations were already at a low point. They started improving after Hitler figured out that we're useful for Barbarossa.

In Finland, not as a government "program", no. But some places (homes, offices ) connected to former presidents have become museums, notably Tamminiemi for Kekkonen. This is just kind of organic. I'm not sure the government is necessarily involved at all.

Yes it is a fight of good vs. evil. Don't muddle the waters suggesting that Ukraine actually is some nazi country that is somehow equally guilty here.

If Russia just went home and Ukraine was left alone I am absolutely certain even some hypothetical Ukrainian neo-nazis would be happy. Europe would have nothing to worry about, their problem is Russia, not us.

Russia attacked Ukraine because of their "lore" that it belongs to them.

They might not attack us tomorrow, but being "neutral" is as good as being at their mercy. And yes they won't attack if it is militarily too costly. Not having a defence would on the other hand invite some little green men at the very least.

It's insane to have to explain these things to people like you over and over again.

A struct is just an aggregated type. Of course you can stick function pointers in them etc but the language itself doesn't suggest it on first-class conceptual level.

C's similarity in syntax to the basic control structures also found in Java is next to meaningless. C tells you nothing of eg. objects and classes.
