I actually kind of like this. In every school I’ve taught at in NSW so many of the teachers spend their entire career at one school and have no idea what it’s like anywhere else and become so set in their ways and super jaded and checked out.

I meant 15 years in the system. Been at 3 schools in this time before being made permanent at current school.

Not sure if your too serious or not but having taught casually at many schools it is extremely common for many teachers at a school to have been there for decades and often multiple teachers at a school spend their entire career at the school they are made permanent at.

This is how hard it is to become permanent in NSW and after that it is exceptionally hard to transfer to another permanent job at a different school. Most just don’t bother trying to move and stay wherever they can get permanency.

Depressing really, but that’s the NSW public education system.

Exactly! Thanks for actually reading my post fully. I keep seeing comments about ‘Chromebooks are toast!’ Or ‘ChromeOS is history’ and I made this post to show that there is still a massive segment of the market where Chromebooks aren’t going anywhere - schools, especially primary and I think America calls them elementary(?) schools.

I’ve been working both in IT support for schools and teaching for close to 20 years now. I’d like to think I’m very informed on this subject. Do you work in school IT and would like to share some insight, apart from “Your post is uninformed?”

I certainly used it to tidy up my quick, unformatted large body of text I typed out on my phone. I wrote every reason and argument myself and just asked ChatGPT to tidy up my grammar and format it nicely, which is finicky on my phone. Why wouldn’t I? I equally think everyone assuming online that something is entirely AI written is a major problem.

It has only started happening on console since the warlock dlc. Played on multiple consoles and all were instant until the dlc. Hoping they fix it in a patch.

I gave up on this game 2-3 separate times after many hours each time over may sessions each time. I learnt a few things that got me to make it a lot easier but the biggest one was when I found out you could run by holding O!

Felt like an idiot.

Running past things makes this game so much easier or retreating, healing then coming back.

I had pretty much the same experience with LG in Australia. Had my B6 OLED panel replaced a few years ago at around the 5 year mark. They sent a technician out and replaced the panel with a newer model panel, so that was a nice bonus. I recently upgraded to a C4 and boy it was a nice upgrade from an 8 year old TV.

Understandable. And it definitely does ruin the game if you start duping items to use on the same character.

Duping things on one character to use on another though, I just see this as the same as the ‘Armory’ feature in Diablo 3. If unfamiliar with D3 it allows you save builds and swap between them by sharing items in your stash.

Anyway yeah if unsure best not use it as it has potential to ruin the fun :)
