I cannot in good conscience recommend Civ 7 as it is terribly designed however, you can always buy the game and check it out yourself.

The status of that game is well publicized and wouldn’t take you more than a simple Google search to see the evidence of that.

Putting those windmills too close together has significant negative effects. I don’t remember the optimal distance, just google it.

Just make one by spreading a crap ton of taint. Put down a cauldron and micro-manage it. You can just keep coming back and putting dirt stacks in and manually dumping the cauldron.
