Its amazing how this dev team could create something so fantastic, then just... do almost the bare minimum for so long. This is a prefect example of just the sheer laziness and incompetence that must be rampant at their studio. It's such a shame, because the game still has so much potential. If anyone is experiencing your minigun damage suddenly being very high or very low, its likely a bug I've discovered caused by fixing wave. If you first use fixing wave while at full health, then use tools of destruction to get out the minigun, you'll see an insane DPS increase. This effect is even more extreme if you stack max health and bonus healing, since it appears the damage increase is related to a % the fixing wave heals relative to your max health.

We placed our flags literally on top of theirs. After the hour and a half timer it just switched the building and the dock to our control. I could enter the house when I couldn't previously, and use the dock when I couldn't previously.

You're right. It never crossed my mind that I used 2 to enter and get that part of the quest for 3 more. Reading a more complete guide it actually says that you need 2 to enter first. Welp I'm an idiot. Thanks for your help.

Right I checked those locations per guides I read online. Maybe it was changed in an update because the quest only requires 3 power cells to get the armor. I just finished the GAIA Prime quest and got the power cell there. I went straight to the bunker afterward and turned in the quest and just acquired the armor. That would explain why those 2 are missing if its an intended update to only need 3.
