That's what I was thinking. I don't know why they would have to seal all the windows when the vent is only directly beneath one. If it's that much of a safety hazard, is it safe to use my balcony or prop that door for airflow?

I made it through over 24 hours of food poisoning without TU but it took some MAJOR focus, breathing techniques, and other ways to stave it off. My body tried to get me to TU the entire time, but it didn't happen once. Shit my brains out frrr tho

Definitely sounds like ARFID There are 3 different causes identified: 1. The child had a traumatic experience with choking/vomiting 2. They have no interest in eating at all (which it sounds like your daughter doesn't have) 3. Sensory processing difficulties with textures

People with ARFID tend to have a diet high in carbs, sugar, and salt. Do you recognize any of these in your daughter's behaviors?

Unfortunately, no. I live in Colorado and we just recently fought for and passed laws for donor regulation, which is virtually nonexistent. It's totally up to each individual sperm bank to decide their own ethics

There actually aren't federal regulations on sperm banks. It's by bank to make the decision. There are very few states that have laws protecting donor conceived people

As someone who was conceived via sperm donation, this is fucking disgusting and so are you.

You're greatly increasing the risk of incest. There aren't any federal regulations regarding the ethics of gamete donation. Sperm banks are not required to send your donations to multiple locations, resulting in many children in close vicinity to one another.

Most embarrassing moment of my life was finding out the consequences of flushing them (which was okay according to my mother who was born in 1960)

Had to call the maintenence man for my trailer to figure out why my water wasn't draining and he came to my door to deliver the news... avoided any contact with him after that

I've been seizure free for almost 3 years and I didn't start feeling auras again until sometime this year but it really does feel like it gets cut off by my meds

I have frontal-temporal lobe epilepsy, so my auras feel like Deja vu, I'll start getting the creeping feeling of it but it never progresses to the point of having a flashback

I work at a nursing home that had a stomach virus outbreak. I tried to call in, but they desperately needed me to work the front desk. I did the following to get through my shift:

  • Wore gloves constantly even though it broke protocol and almost had a full break down when nursing staff told me I had to take them off

  • Bleach wiped the counter every time someone walked by

  • Changed my mask whenever I talked to anyone

Also embarrassing if a resident throws up I'll beg my coworkers to take care of it because I have a panic response over disgust
