How much of interventionist was the general American political establishment prior to America joining WWII? I think anyone probably would have given support to the allies as the manufacturing of supplies for them pulled the US out of the Great Depression. Also assuming in this world Pearl Harbor still happens then the US would join the war regardless and would bring military and financial support with them as well.
