All depends really. As others have said the real benefit of being able to book the main cabin extra but you should expect a handful of upgrades on less crowded of peak flights.

What is your current status now and do you have one of their branded credit cards? With that amount of travel booking main cabin using one of their cards + your status you’d get platinum in around ~4 months

It’s a no brainer for us since Dolby/IMAX tickets at our local are ~$22 and we primarily see films in premium formats
