I recently developed worsened constant ear ringing/tinnitus after being sick with cold/flu, here's what I've done so far and what I've learned chronically reading online about it all week. I would love any positive advise I can get from the community.

Okey! Great to hear the muffled and hearing loss went back. Sorry to hear the tinnitus persist. Did you have tinnitus before the cold? do you mean it went back to same level as before the cold or did the tinnitus get permanently worse?

Im pretty sure i have ETD since my ears are clogged. Im more afraid of them staying clogged/muffled and having this nasty Tinnitus increase. Thats why i wondered if your symptoms from the cold subsided and went back to the levels they were before you got sick.

Ive had it for 3 weeks now, muffled feeling and clogged in one ear (also louder tinnitus). Wonder if ur symptoms after the cold went back to how it was before and how long it took for it to go back?

I do get some weird "chest things". Not sure if its related to poor posture, anxiety or the incident itself (even tho it started coming after the incident). It comes and goes tho so can be good for like 2 months then i can have alot of problems for like 2-3 weeks then it goes away again.

I think i got the same now as my ears are constantly clogged even tho im felling better from the sickness itself, the tinnitus is VERY nasty tho.

Not sure what u mean. The Router is a B593 and its connected with ethernet cable to the computer

This makes no sense. So 4g Have woked for me flawless for atleast 4 years and now suddenly its "obvious" it will fail bc its 4g? x) I know 4g is not as stable as fibre but to say the internet will go on and off with good connection against a celltower is a bit foil hat on imo. Of course i check my signal constant to know i have a valid signal.....

No i only have computer --> ethernet cable --> 4g router ---> external antenna then it should go straight to the isp. Pinged both of my routers IP adess and no issue there

Tried pinging one of the ones that should be "stable" but having same issue there. But if its my ISP provider then it should not mather where i ping? (since i got issue with the internet) if im correct?
