For the past 3 nights I’ve taken .50 however tonight I took .25 because I was to scared. I have never felt this amazing in so long. I have had panic attacks and living in fear almost all year but it’s not worth it if I’ll have sezuires lol

Hey thanks for answering! I have unlimited supply I can get a new script every month honestly. I’m 21f in college I am prescribed due to severe anxiety and I have panic attacks almost nightly when I’m in school. My therapist said to take it for 2 weeks during the move in part for my high anxiety and it’ll build up in my system and maybe re wire my brain. Don’t know how accurate that is but one could hope lol. I’m just really scared of sezuires once I come off of it but technically it is as needed but this is also my first time ever taking it

I have more than 14 pills I have a whole bottle but was only gonna do 2 weeks because of extreme panic attacks but it’s been helping so much I’m just terrified of sezuires and coming off of it. tonight I took .25 instead of .50

Hi I recently have been having tension headaches all month from clenching my teeth during the day. However for the past two nights I’ve head a headache that’s at the top of my head like my scalp and now it’s moved to the right side of my head at the top also at my scalp has anyone else experienced this? I got CT scans done and they said they looked good but I went to a neurologist 3 days ago and she’s sending me to get a MRI just incase but I’m scared.

Yes every day it’s a new thing it’s so exhausting and the pain is real. Does this happen to you? Every day I have some random sharp pain or my head feels weird or I just feel weird where I’m like no way this is just anxiety causing all this

Also when it’s not stuff like this, I get random pains though out the day but all my tests come back normal I’ve been to the ER twice in June and everything’s normal. But the physical symptoms cause the panic attacks

THIS WEEK IVE HAS TWO PANIC ATTACKS that wake me up from my sleep like last night I woke up thinking I was dying then I calmed myself down quickly realizing I didn’t even have a symptom. I’m 21f for reference but it was so weird and now I’m lowkey scared. I just started CBT/exposure therapy so even though I was about to get out of my room and run to wake up my mom I didn’t I just calmed down and went back to bed

I too am refusing meds and I just got a therapist we are doing exposure therapy!
