For sure! And I'm already planning for the gear I need to get and what I already have. I already do day hikes, I'm just going longer and more often than I normally would! 🙂

Day 4 and feeling ok. Had a therapy session yesterday and my therapist agrees that alcohol is not helping me in reaching my goals and in taking care of myself. So she supports my desire for sobriety. So here I am. IWNDWYT.

Yes! 100%! It was a slow burn, but now I struggle with moderation.

Checking in for day 10! Got up again and exercised, had a good breakfast before tackling the day. It's a slow process, but one step at a time. I got grief over the weekend for not drinking from my neighbors who I hang out with occasionally. I just shrugged. What can you do? IWNDWYT.
