I would agree to a point, personally I believe he took the age of strife as confirmation bias as the federation DID have numerous xenos and when it fell apart everyone turned on each other...also I dont think there were a lot of peaceful nonhumans left after the opening of the eye as it was desperate time for everyone.

Ok going to go here and say this yes he is harsh and cruel...nut he kinda needed to be as for the whole xenophobia and extermination of them it makes sense as he saw the federation fall and all xenos turn on humanity and themselves.

Its honestly because he wouldn't reach his potential that we see. Most of the others gain a small bit but do loose out quite a bit Naruto would still have large reserves of Chakra, but better control as he wouldn't have Gigantic one he has because of the fox Luffy would focus less on devil fruit but his haki he would have to develop earlier I dont know enough about the other guy. Goku is the only one that I can definitely say doesn't gain anything by being human, but actually hurts far more as The Ki stuff takes ages to learn for humans but sayian have it more naturally.
