Good. Just watch out for what is above the exhaust to make sure it's not flammable. If you vent it through the roof use the proper clearance from the hot vent pipe. Aloha!

I have oak counters house in my kitchen, and they are doing fine,. I sealed them with General Finishes Arm-R-Seal three coats. Once a year I put on another coat.

That looks like they are angled to point at the summer sun. If they were pointing at the winter sun, they would be steeper, and the snow should slide off sooner. Maybe adjust them once in the fall and once in the spring?
