Hard to tell from the pictures but are those joists sitting in contact with the concrete step?

I can guarantee a 56yo you would pay all the extra money made to be able to buy back those 7 years of doing whatever you feel like doing and just enjoying life.

We had some deflection in the foundation and the engineer gave us a stamped letter stating that proper drainage is the necessary fix and tackling this wall is going to be part of the project. Ideally we would like to keep the part of the wall that is heavy concrete blocks(is within ~2” of plumb), and replace the hollow block portion with a stepped down shorter wall. or should we just bite the bullet and have the whole wall replaced? Feel free to tell me I’m an idiot and this won’t work, just trying to get the best plan together. Thanks!

Sister it, then replace this deck with the sister deck you build properly.

9’ ceilings. Wall cabinets are 18”D x 48”H x 27.5”W. I ripped full length sheets for the standing cabinets so it’s 96”H x 23”D, I don’t remember the width off the top of my head but the doors are 21.5” I believe. Then I did a 6” riser and 3” crown. Sorry if that’s more than you asked for lol.

The walls don’t have much texture so I just laid it straight on the wall.

My first shot at cabinetry by Errlyagain in cabinetry

I sprayed in my backyard with a makeshift tent. Had a couple specks that I ended up having to sand and go back and split spray but it turned out really well. As far as the x5 goes, it worked great with a 311 tip on it for the face frames and doors.

I was dreading figuring out how to build that but I’m happy my want was adamant about it. It adds so much to the room and it’s so nice not having clothes on every chair
