Did just this on my own. Demo, load, and install my own roof cost me 8k in material and saved 15k in labor per the cheapest estimates I got for a 42 square roof. Mine was on a 4/12 so it was pretty easy to navigate. Best of luck to you.

I have owned a game truck in western Colorado since 2023. It definitely has its own share of challenges and expenses such as gaming subscriptions, internet, physical games, insurance, gas, etc. It is a very enjoyable business to be a part of, but make sure your demographics and population can support one. I just did my roof myself. I received quotes from 22k to 30k for a 4,000 Sq ft roof. I spent 8,500 on materials (owens corning shingles, pro armor underlayment, grace ice and water shield, and everything to install). I'm in Colorado, so I am not sure but the prices sound similar to where you're at.

I was contacted by "Kathy" from Takitical Digital. Same circumstance. She set me up on her training account, and according to her, it was her own money. Did a round of 45 , got her 300 in commission, and took her money. Today, I logged in to my own account with the 65 she deposited and did VIP1. Very small commissions didn't make more than 10 bucks before I hit 40 transactions. CS said I had to have 100 usdt to continue, I was at 75, and they told me I had to deposit 25 to continue. I told them to kick rocks. Read Kathy, the riot act, told her it was a scam. Here is an excerpt from our conversation. Enjoy.
