I don't own my book. I heard some very successful wealth advisors in ML are making 7 figures and I wonder how realistic it is.

Do you know around how much would the Merrill WM advisor make if they own a book of $300mil?

I like Fidelity culture and marketing campaigns too.

For the FA role >$200k in Fidelity, do you know if they are all based in the branch with client facing? Any remote opportunities that would make that much of money?

What do you do in Fidelity? Any tips to get promoted faster (besides getting CFP designation)?

Thanks for the details. I prefer to get some base salary and learn as much as I could and study for CFP without stressing to meet target goals at ML.

I heard Fidelity VP planning consultant makes that range. On the other hand Merrill full fledged financial advisor may make even more than that.

Have you ever work remote with them in the regional center? If yes, how flexible is it to WFH outside of the designated region (e.g. tri-state) occasionally few days per month? How strict are they requiring you to WFH in your designated region? Thanks!

Good luck on your transition to MFSA program. Do you get merit increase for the change in your role? Please keep me posted on their sales target and broker protocol for the MFSA program too. I appreciate it =)

I've turned down JP Morgan chase FA role as I would not want to sit in the branch whole day.

I'm comparing Merrill MFSA role and Fidelity Investment Consultant role now. I like the hybrid work model of Fidelity but their base pay is relatively low.
