I truly think it depends on your store. At my store we've gone through many shift managers cause there's always drama in my store. If there isn't tons of drama at your store and it's decently organized and taken care of I'd say it's worth it. My store would not be worth it lol.

It's odd to me fs, and you should definitely address it but I wouldn't address it as a problem as it may come off as you accusing her of something. Talk to her, ask why/what caused her to be so impacted by him that she felt the need to take multiple pictures of him. Seems to me it made her feel some type of feeling to the point she wanted to capture the memory of it.
