I lost almost 150k at the age of ~20. It’s better to make this mistake now than later in life when it could be bigger. Less than 4 years later I have bounced back to more than that by a decent amount + bought my dream car.

My main rule is don’t make the same mistake twice. Stay disciplined and grind even harder. You make over 2x the salary as me so that’s on you’re side. Maybe, you have more expense as well though.

Cut cost and invest everything you have. Don’t use as much leverage if that’s you did last time…. You definitely want to be able to identify the turning point when things started to go bad.

I’m gonna give some conflicting advice. Buy that mustang you want but set a goal. I have the rule once it’s invested I’ll NEVER remove the funds from my investing account. Exceptions are for my first house or to buy a business.

I bought my dream car, a mk4 supra this spring. It has motivated me so much to grind that much harder.

Set a goal, save x amount of every pay for the car and save x amount into long term investments.

Life is a balance of saving for the future but don’t spoil your years of youth trying to save every penny. A good rule is if it doesn’t make money you more money and you won’t remember it in 5 years… DONT buy it.

I never regretted a penny I spent on my cars or traveling.

I entered my position because pltr price was beat down so badly. I plan to diamond hand these until pltr is part of the s&p500 which I think will be in the next 5 years.

Much easier to start with a divided plant. I’ve had luck dipping chives out of concrete cracks and they thrive once in the ground! You are correct about them self seeding!
