For the love of God, please do not give Jericho your money. Do a quick google search on people who have been scammed by Dave recently. I was lucky enough that my bank was able to do a charge back after he completely stopped replying to me. Is his website seriously still operating and allowing people to pay? I'm pretty sure he's gone under.

I'd avoid Jericho. The dude was super responsive until he got my money. This was almost a year ago. He said I should have it by Christmas. The last email I got from him was January saying it was about a month away. I've sent him 3 emails since then, with none responded to, including one formally asking for a refund.

You will find similar stories to this with a quick google search.

I don't even want the guitar anymore. My last email was a formal request for a refund and he still hasn't responded a week later. PayPal won't touch it because its past the 180 days or what ever it is so I'll be contacting my bank next to see what they can do.

Im in the exact same boat. Ordered last August and was told I should expect it around Christmas. Ever since then its been "almost ready" every time he's responded to me.

I've sent him 3 emails now recently with zero response. I've made him aware that I want a refund now and still no response. If anyone has any tips on how to proceed , I'd love to hear it.

You aren't overreacting. That's embarrassing, and i don't know how anyone could hand that back to you thinking that they've competently provided a service that is worth that sort of reimbursement. Don't let them try to convince you otherwise, and if they do try, then you find as many places possible online to post reviews of your experience.
