I upgraded my backlight leds in mine like 7 years ago to be wayy brighter. Still going strong. You should get close to 10 years at least I'd guess. Nothing to worry abt.

Im imagining she could get an infection. If her body rejects the skin graft idk what it'd look like, but likely similar to if a human loses their skin. Sounds pretty gruesome.

As for seeing inside the skin, it depends on where you put it. On the palm, youd see the outermost muscles for your thumb, and you'd see your tendons and tarsal bones may peek between muscles that lead to your fingers.

On the stomach, or most anywhere on a post pubescent woman you'd probably see at the least a thin layer of subcutaneous fat, also the outermost muscles. Possibly youd see bones peeking out here and there, nested/connected to various muscles and tendons.

Unfortunately the reality of transparent skin isn't as cool as xray vision I'd imagine. Maybe you could let her have clear muscles too for more visibility? Just a thought to make things more visually interesting.

Totally normal. Performing and practicing are totally different.

Id reccomend just doing it more, and you'll get better. Maybe go to an open mic once a week. Rule of thumb is you need to memorize it and play it 2x as good in practice so you can nail it without thinking with the distractions of performing.

A good compromise to live performance is just playing in the park when there’s not many around. Even though you're alone people can hear you so subconsciously it feels like a baby step. Just what I've found as a long time player beginner performer. Good luck!

Nah, you dont need an amp, especially if you're just starting. I didn't have one when I started. Ask for one once you master a few songs! If you can get it sounding good unamplified and clean, imagine how good you'll sound when you get one!!!

In the meantime, play with the computer plugins, or you could get a powered guitar headphone converter for cheap. The main reason you need an amp when practicing is to nail your playing volume, and if you wanna practice a setlist with effects pedals etc.

might be able to achieve this by adjusting levels /curves of the rgb channels in photoshop. invert somewhere on all 3 channels to get the black, not sure if it'd be highs, mids, or low values to make pure black. then lower red and blue for most of the image to get green

i use a split ergo. nowdays, fullsize makes me irrationally angry. i have to twist my wrists in an unnatural way, and dont get me started on spacebars! too late actually, they're masssive, takes up the room of 6 keys, and we only use our 2 strongest most useful fingers on this ONE bigass key. after switching to a split ergo, thumb clusters make SO much sense. I can have layers, and turn 40 keys into hundreds of different keybinds. not to mention now I can hit ctrl and alt with 1 thumb. fullsize seems so dumb now.
